Yes, I serve in a fiduciary role for all my clients. I am held to this fiduciary standard through my licensing and my own personal ethics, which means that when giving you advice, I put your financial interests above my own at all times. 

PCIA is a registered investment advisor (RIA) with the SEC and I am a registered Investment Advisory Representative (IAR). I hold my Series 65 registration, which allows me to practice as a financial advisor and planner in a fiduciary capacity.

I'm an independent advisor with Prime Capital Investment Advisors, the platform upon which I built my business to provide robust support for my clients. As an advisor, PCIA provides me with an incredible investment and trading team, compliance and marketing support, and administrative and operational assistance. This is how I'm able to focus most of my time on serving my clients, instead of wearing all that hats that typically come with being an entrepreneur. I am also a partner member of PCIA through their member equity program, so we're mutually invested in each other's success.

The only way I receive compensation is through my clients, either an asset-based fee or my group advising package. This is how I stay aligned with my client's interests at all times. I choose not to hold insurance licenses to sell those products, nor do I earn commissions on investment products that I recommend. This is how I avoid conflicts of interest that may arise with my work.
